We want you to love your D.LOUISE pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn jewellery in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewellery in its original D.LOUISE gift box and pouch to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
